Takara Yume is the type of high school student that will forget to do her summer homework assignments.  However, I will give her credit, she did attempt to do it before class.  It's not totally her fault that she got distracted by  “falling in love at first sight” with Matsukaze Shoubu, (a cute guy on a motorcycle).  Roko, Yume's best friend, is protective of Yume and offers her a bit of advice.  Unfortunately or fortunately, Roko can't make Yume listen to "reason"..so what does that mean? Roko ends up helping Yuma on the mission to romance Shoubu. 

One of Yume's strongest trait is her "give it all" attitude.  She doesn't allow much to deter her from pursuing a possible relationship or goal.  She does what she feels she must even if she has to pay for a date, greet Shoubu daily - as he whizzes by on his bike ignoring her, or eventually challenging Shoubu to a race (the prize is a kiss from Shoubu, or Yume never "harassing" Shoubu again!).  Yume still does not give up hope! It still doesn't matter if Shoubu may be the ex-leader of a biker gang, and all who see his blue rose tattoo become afraid our!  Ah, the road to love has never been easy. :)     

TAKADA Rie is one of my favorite mangaka.  She has a bit of everything romance, action, humor, cute guys, super deformed images, and a cute squirrel.  Really, this squirrel is so adorable and has an attitude and everything! It's up to volume 7 and I don't think it's ended yet. (Some of her works include Wild Act, Trouble Kick, Manstuse no Koibito - Manatsu's Lover, Hadashi no aitsu - The barefooted guy.  Eventually I will make an individual page for each of them.)
